Where strategy meets design

Jessica’s career began with LENNAR, one of the nation’s publicly-held home builders, where she quickly became one of the top sales agents and created an online sales platform that was adopted across the company nationwide.

When the market collapsed during the great recession she refused to sit on the sidelines. With limited personal capital to invest, she leveraged debt and raised capital to buy, renovate and sell properties; gaining firsthand experience in what truly drives value.

Since then she has completed more than 100 successful projects across multiple states and economic climates, including short sales, foreclosures, REO properties and her own teams investment flips. Combined with her background in wholesale lending for both residential and commercial real estate, Jessica brings a perspective that spans every side of the industry.
